About Core Roofing
Core Roofing was founded in 2000, a year of economic downturn in Georgia.
Bill Dunn and Dusty DeVore were businessmen – they were not roofers. They had no aspiration to be roofers until they were introduced to a business wrought with chaos; but where there’s chaos, there’s opportunity.
Dunn and DeVore began to ask a lot of 'what if' questions:
- What if we bring order to this business?
- What if we hired the best managers and construction crews in the market?
- What if our most important call every day is from the client with a leak in the roof of the warehouse, the emergency room, the database center, or the shopping center mall?
- What if service was the most important aspect of our business?
Dunn and DeVore set out to change the standard of service in the roofing industry. Just six years later, Core Roofing Systems had become the fastest growing roofing business in the state of Georgia with over 150 of this industry's most sought-after employees operating in six states.
